What is the InvisiScar® patch?
A soft, durable and reusable medical-grade silicone patch. It is designed as a low-cost means to non-surgically manage and naturally reduce the appearance of hypertrophic and keloid scars resulting from surgery, burns, piercing, cystic acne and cuts.
Almost any scar, regardless of age and severity, may be treated with the InvisiScar® patch. It can be used with most any skin color or type.
What are the Warnings & Precautions?
Do not use the InvisiScar® patch on any open wound.
Thoroughly wash both the InvisiScar® patch and scar area with mild soap and water before each use. Allow to completely dry before application.
As with any device attached directly to the skin, some type of reaction may occur. If the skin around the scar becomes red or begins to itch, discontinue use of the InvisiScar® patch for a few days. If any redness and/or itching reoccurs during subsequent use, consult your pharmacist. You may need to replace the hypoallergenic tape supplied in this package with one that better matches your skin type.
The InvisiScar® patch must always be kept clean and dry to prevent the growth of unwanted bacteria.
